A Targnilian Rapid Ion is a type of matter that can travel faster than the speed of sound through atmosphere without being hindered by the atmospheric impact, literally cutting through air like a hot knife through butter in order to reach its target faster than bullets.

Btw, the reason why it says PP twice is that this is the second strongest in the line of LRP's.
